My first property of 2009

Single Family Home

Single Family home, paid $40,000 worth $85,000.  Current rental income $899 and leased until January of 2010.  CASH FLOW including property taxes, utilities and property management around $600.  Once financed and all of my money out of the property then CASH FLOW at approx $325. 

It is good to be back in the game again.
