SMART Goals end in Y

Most books, teachers, mentors, google and coaches will tell you that your goals need to be:

Specific
Measurable
As if (it has already happened)
Relevant
Time bound

Though it is important to consider that each goal must be connected to your WHY. Why your Y when you have ‘relevant’ already listed…because your personal why is related to your core values, your being, your purpose.

As you set your SMART goals, be sure to make sure they connect to your Y!
